All entries including books must be submitted electronically.
Maximum file size is 100MB; if your file is larger than that, please submit a URL where it can be viewed online.
You must submit the published version of your work. Self-published works are acceptable if they have reached an audience.
If you are entering a series, you must submit 3 – 5 files or links from that series.
Audio Productions
- Audio-only News Story: an mp3 file, or a link to the specific item online
- Other Audio Production: an mp3 file, or a link to the specific item online
Audio-Visual Productions
- Major Motion Picture: a link to the specific item online, and a link to a trailer or excerpt.
- Full-length AV Production: a link to the specific item online, and a link to a trailer or excerpt.
- News Story: an mp4 file, or a link to the specific item online
- Other Video: an mp4 file, or a link to the specific item online
Images
- Photograph: a jpeg of the image, or a link to the specific image
- Illustration: a jpeg or pdf depicting the illustration
Written Works
- Newspaper article: a pdf of the item
- Magazine article: a pdf of the item
- Books: a pdf of the book, or a link where it may be read online free-of-charge by our judges. You may also submit promo codes which allow judges to download the book free-of-charge at an online bookstore. Note: we are not accepting physical copies of books.

Up to 5 links and/or up to 5 files (pdf, jpeg, mp3, mp4) may be uploaded. If you have multiple print items, you may want to submit a photograph of them along with sample works. Contact the awards coordinator ([email protected]) if you have any questions.
