Register for RCC Convention 2024

You can register here for the Full Convention, or choose individual days or awards banquets.
Full Convention registration includes all three days of workshops and plenaries. It also includes the DeRose-Hinkhouse Awards Banquet and the Wilbur Awards Banquet.
Day-Only options include all workshops and plenary sessions on the day(s) of your choice, but not the banquets.
Awards Banquets tickets may be purchased for additional guests, or for yourself if you are paying by the day.
Member Discounts are available to current members of the RCC.
Group Rates. When making one payment for the Full Convention for four or five individuals, you can benefit from a 5% discount. Pay for six or more at the same time and get a 10% discount. If you pay for a group, we will manually generate a coupon code and send it to you. Each group member who will attend must use that code to register individually.
Early-bird Rates are available until February 29, 2024 March 15, 2024.
Deadline for ticket purchases is noon on March 25, 2024.
Hotel. We have arranged special pricing for our members at the Brown Hotel of $188 + tax. Rooms must be booked on or before Monday, March 11, 2024 by 5pm EDT Friday, March 15, 2024 by 5pm EDT to get this rate. Use this link to book your room.
Refunds may be requested through March 4. We will refund whatever you paid less a $25 processing fee. After March 4, no refunds will be processed unless we cancel the event.
